Overview
We are seeking an experienced BDM to drive new business growth within  pharmaceutical sector  across Ontario. This role requires a proven track record selling  innovator/brand‑name pharmaceutical products  (not generics), strong full‑cycle sales capability, and the ability to build relationships with pharmaceutical companies and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities

Full‑cycle sales management  — Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.

Prospecting pharmaceutical companies  — Identify, target, and engage brand‑name pharma organizations across Ontario.

Pipeline development  — Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Client relationship management  — Develop trusted relationships with brand managers, marketing teams, and decision‑makers.

Revenue generation  — Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.

Strategic sales execution  — Present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close high‑value deals.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience  with  brand‑name/innovator drugs only  (no generic drug sales).

Proven ability to  generate $2M+ in annual revenue  independently.

Demonstrated success managing  full‑cycle sales  in the pharmaceutical sector.

Strong network and experience selling into  pharmaceutical companies in Ontario .

Bachelor’s degree in  Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field  (required).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
