Key Responsibilities Act as primary contact for customer RFQs via various communication channels
Process RFQs and confirm documentation accuracy
Maintain detailed RFQ log and quote tracker
Assemble and submit formal quotes using company templates
Conduct quality checks prior to quote submissions
Requirements High school diploma required, business education preferred
3–5 years in sales coordination or customer service
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
