Williamson Leasing
, is currently looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Lease Sales Representative to join our team. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and working independently in a sales environment.

This is a permanent Full-Time position, for a top performing salesperson. The role is based out of our dealership located in Uxbridge, Ontario
. The Williamson Family has been in the automotive business since 947 and operates Williamson Leasing, Williamson Uxbridge GM and Williamson Chrysler. Williamson Chrysler was the proud winner of the 2018 Auto Worlds Employer of Choice.

About the Role:

As a Vehicle Lease Sales Representative, you will help customers explore vehicle leasing options, answer questions, prepare lease proposals, follow up with leads and guide customer through the leasing process from initial conversation to delivery.

You will work with both commercial and consumer customers, including business owners, fleet operators, and individuals looking for reliable transportation solutions. The successful candidate will be comfortable prospecting for new business, managing customer relationships and representing Williamson Leasing in a professional and approachable way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with new and existing customers to understand their vehicles needs and explain leasing options in a clear and helpful manner
  • Assist commercial and consumer customers by selecting suitable vehicles and lease term options
  • Prepare lease proposals, quotes and customer follow-up communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business, fleet customer and individual clients
  • Follow up with leads from phone calls, emails and online inquiries, referrals and walk-ins
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, referrals, local outreach etc.
  • Work independently to manage daily sales activities, appointments, follow-ups and customer documentation
  • Coordinate with internal team members, lenders, suppliers, dealers and insurance providers as needed
  • Keep accurate notes and records of customer conversations and sales activity
  • Stay informed about vehicle availability, leasing programs, market trends and product offerings
  • Represent Williamson Leasing with professionalism, honesty and a customer-first attitude
What We Are Looking For :
  • Experience in vehicle sales, leasing, automotive finance, business and development
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Willingness to prospect for new commercial and consumer leasing opportunities, including making follow-up calls, sending emails, and in person meetings
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when preparing leasing documentation and notes
  • OMVIC License
  • Drivers License
