Role Description  The Automotive Consultant is a full‑time, on‑site role based at Guelph Infiniti Nissan in Guelph, ON. The person in this role will greet and engage customers, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable guidance on new and pre‑owned vehicles, features, and financing options. Daily responsibilities include conducting test drives, preparing vehicle presentations, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records in the dealership’s CRM system.

The Automotive Consultant will work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through delivery and after‑sales support. The role also involves staying current on product updates, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications   Strong customer‑focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to building long‑term relationships.
Effective Communication and Consulting abilities, including active listening, clear explanations of vehicle options, and professional negotiation skills.
Solid Automotive knowledge or a strong interest in learning vehicle features, specifications, and industry developments.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment, meet sales targets, and manage multiple customer interactions professionally.
Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM systems for managing leads, appointments, and documentation.
High level of integrity, reliability, and professional appearance; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or consulting is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
