The Person al Lines Account Manager role demands a blend of customer service expertise and strong collaborative skills with Underwriters.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering client relations and ensuring their needs are met with integrity and care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate closely with Underwriters
• Handle policy renewals effectively
• Process outstanding payments and updates
• Quote policy changes using CQ
Requirements:
• RIBO license in good standing required
• 1-2 years’ experience in a relevant role
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Compus-Quote and Power Broker an asset
