Join Auto Planet Durham as a Sales Consultant, where you’ll enhance client experiences in a fast-moving, dynamic pre-owned automobile environment. This full-time position prioritizes quality interactions and teamwork.

In this role with the reputed Performance Auto Group, you will ensure each customer receives the utmost attention and service throughout their car buying journey. A commitment to learning vehicle knowledge and providing genuine interaction is critical. Your success will rely on building rapport and understanding client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all customers

• Acquire and maintain product knowledge for vehicles

• Promote a friendly, positive environment

• Update customers on vehicle delivery status

• Participate in training sessions as required

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED is necessary

• Automotive sales experience is an asset

• OMVIC Certification required

• Must have experience with a Dealer CRM system

• Valid Class ‘G’ Ontario driver’s license necessary
