As a Showroom Consultant, you will utilize your skills to assist customers with product selections, ensuring satisfaction while meeting sales objectives.
Your role involves nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as architects and builders, promoting both the showroom and EMCO’s quality offerings. Be a proactive part of a diverse and passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in selecting products and completing sales
• Develop relationships with home builders and designers
• Provide swift, accurate quotes and reliable delivery information
• Meet or exceed established sales and profit targets
• Keep communication open and timely throughout the order process
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or sales
• Comprehensive product knowledge; experience in kitchen and bath preferred
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
