We are looking for passionate individuals to be Kiosk Associates this holiday season. You will play a vital role in engaging with customers, showcasing spa services, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide information about services and products
• Create sales opportunities by understanding customer needs
• Facilitate Thermea gift certificate sales
• Maintain a high level of customer engagement
• Responsible for kiosk opening and closing duties
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• One year of experience in customer service
• Experience in sales is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills and POS experience
• Ability to stand for long periods
