Job SummaryThe Building Maintenance Technician conducts extensive monitoring and routine assessments of building systems to ensure optimal operation and performance. Performs tests, rounds, and data analysis to maintain departmental equipment functionality.
Responsibilities:- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, emergency power, uninterruptible power supplies, and related infrastructure.
- Power or Stationary Operating Engineer Class 4 (preferred).
- Refrigeration Operator Class B (preferred).
- Building Environmental Systems 1 or 2 (preferred).
- Facility Operations Certificate (preferred).
