Physical Chemical Plant Service Mechanic

Join our team as a Physical Chemical Plant Service Mechanic, performing essential on-site machinery service and maintenance. This role emphasizes hands-on assembly and repairs, critical for our operations.

We are looking for a qualified mechanic with 3 to 5 years of experience who can work directly on machinery installation and overhaul. Your responsibilities will involve reading specifications, troubleshooting issues, and fabricating parts when necessary. The position ensures that all equipment runs efficiently and safely in our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble mechanical and stationary equipment

• Detect, troubleshoot, and repair machine malfunctions

• Operate tools and equipment for parts fabrication

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery

• Commission and set up new systems as required

Requirements:

• Educational background in College/CEGEP or similar field

• 3–5 years of relevant mechanical experience

• Valid driver’s license for on-site transportation

• Must handle physical demands, including lifting 50 lbs

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively
