Position Summary:

We are seeking HVAC Technicians to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:
Represent Ainsworth professionally and courteously on each call, serving as a proud ambassador for our company.
Read, interpret, create, and maintain drawings and specifications.
Install, overhaul, and service HVAC and refrigeration equipment and systems.
Repair and replace worn or broken parts on various components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems.
Install motors, thermostats, and humidistats.
Instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
Supervise and coordinate activities of apprentices.
Maintain knowledge of modern equipment and regulations.
Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Perform duties safely, adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies.
Support administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Current Certificate of Qualification.
Knowledge of tools, equipment, and trade practices.
Understanding of HVAC/R codes and safety standards.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
