Experienced Welder Fitter

Join our dedicated team as a Welder-Fitter in Oshawa, Ontario. This full-time, permanent position emphasizes manual and semi-automatic welding skills at our physical site.
We are looking for a qualified Welder-Fitter with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. Candidates must possess a secondary school graduation certificate and be capable of reading technical drawings.

Your role will be critical in ensuring that all welds meet specified standards and that materials are properly prepared.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various welding equipment efficiently

• Read welding blueprints and technical specifications

• Inspect weld quality against required standards

• Use metal shaping machines as needed

• Assemble components using power tools
Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant welding experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Committed to on-site work at our Oshawa facility

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Must hold the right to work in Canada
