Clearwater Municipal Services is currently seeking an Experienced CCTV Operator to join our growing team specializing in trenchless sewer rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pipeline inspection and mapping, and a commitment to quality and safety in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct CCTV inspections of mainlines and service laterals using advanced equipment
Perform detailed assessments in accordance with PACP, LACP, and MACP standards
Accurately locate and document sewer infrastructure for GIS/mapping purposes
Prepare and submit inspection reports with clear, organized data
Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV equipment in the field
Coordinate with project managers and field crews to support rehabilitation planning
Qualifications:
Valid PACP/LACP/MACP certification (required)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sewer pipeline inspection, including laterals
Proficient in using Aries LETS or similar CCTV camera systems (preferred)
Strong knowledge of sewer systems, mapping standards, and safety protocols
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in variable outdoor conditions
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with clean abstract
