Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for adjusting machinery, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring the highest quality in painted surfaces. You'll operate painting equipment, perform necessary maintenance, and engage in touch-up work as required. Coordination with team members to uphold quality standards and participate actively in training sessions will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report equipment performance
• Ensure quality standards of painted products
• Maintain paint equipment and work areas
• Operate various spray painting equipment
• Conduct touch-ups and repair painting jobs
Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ relevant experience
• Attention to detail for quality assurance
• Flexible to work across different shifts
• Some secondary school completion needed
• Eager to enhance skills through training
