In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing construction and framing projects while ensuring compliance with the Ontario Building Code. We seek a candidate with at least five years of carpentry experience, who can interpret technical drawings and lead a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of installers and assign daily tasks

• Complete framing work in line with specifications and codes

• Read and implement blueprints and construction specifications

• Inspect work for adherence to quality and safety standards

• Train team members on carpentry techniques and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Five years minimum carpentry experience with wood framing

• Leadership experience in construction environments

• Proficient in reading technical drawings

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

• Carpentry Certification or Red Seal is an advantage
