Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular inspections and repairs on systems
• Manage renovation projects utilizing practical skills
• Perform maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems
• Fabricate and troubleshoot building components
• Document equipment logs accurately
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant two-year diploma
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance roles
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
