Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building assets

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance schedules

• Troubleshoot system outages and prepare recovery plans

• Act as liaison with external service contractors

• Enforce health and safety procedures across club areas

Requirements:

• Class II Building Environmental Systems Operator certificate preferred

• 3+ years experience in building maintenance

• Proficient in HVAC and plumbing systems

• Solid troubleshooting skills for repairs

• Strong verbal and written communication
