The Town of Whitby seeks a responsible and self-motivated Foreperson for Roads and Stormwater Management. You will report to the Supervisor of Operations and will oversee daily activities related to road maintenance, including snow and ice control. Your expertise and guidance will facilitate a collaborative team atmosphere, enhancing service delivery to residents while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance of roads, stormwater systems, and sidewalks

• Coordinate staff training and performance monitoring

• Conduct inspections and ensure safety compliance

• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Requirements:
