Join Ryder and perform major diagnostics and repairs on diverse vehicle systems. As a Technician IV, you’ll bring strong mechanical skills, high-level diagnostic expertise, and mentorship to less experienced technicians. You will work on tasks like preventive maintenance and tire servicing, while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair diesel and gas engines
• Perform preventive maintenance and tire services
• Interact with customers to assess vehicle issues
• Follow federal and corporate compliance guidelines
• Mentor junior technicians in various methodologies
Requirements:
• Four or more years of relevant diesel mechanics experience
• Valid G driver's license required; AZ preferred
• Preferred post-secondary technical certifications
• Competency in electronic documentation systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
