AFIMAC Canada seeks experienced Industrial Electricians for a significant assignment in Southwest Ontario. This full-time role involves 10-12 hour shifts, 4 days per week, focusing on plant equipment and systems support.
Join AFIMAC Canada's professional team as an Industrial Electrician, contributing your expertise to the repair and maintenance of essential machinery. Your skills will be crucial in troubleshooting, adhering to electrical codes, and ensuring the seamless operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. You'll be working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, utilizing your PLC knowledge and strong mechanical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment effectively
• Maintain and repair fans, pumps, and auxiliary systems
• Read and follow electrical schematics and diagrams
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic and controls
• Run power lines safely to production equipment
Requirements:
• Valid 442A certificate required
• Minimum 1 year of industrial experience
• Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic equipment
• Experience with SAP preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
