Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to R&D personnel

• Manage product development projects from start to finish

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related

• 10-15 years of experience in the food industry

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management capacity
