Pro Ampac seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A at one of its largest manufacturing sites ($100M+ revenue). The role partners closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide strong financial guidance across close, GL, cost accounting, budgeting and analytics.
You will manage inventory working capital, coordinate audits, and deliver monthly/quarterly statements to senior leadership.
