Are you an organized and analytical professional and able to manage multiple priorities at once? Do you thrive on finding solutions and have strong attention to detail? Castle Pierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Finance department. This position is responsible for employee and customer-related accounting functions and maintaining accurate financial records.

The Staff Accountant will also assist with month-end close, fixed asset accounting, annual audits, and provide support across the organization. With a focus on speed to market and a strong family culture, our employees work in a friendly environment dedicated to growth and success. Due to our collaborative work environment, this is an onsite position.

• Accurate and Timely Processing of Accounts Payable
• Financial Reporting and Month-End Close Support
• Customer and Employee Accounting Management
• Fixed Asset and Compliance Recordkeeping
• Consistently exemplifies the corporate principles of C.A.R.E.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or associates degree with 3+ years of experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft suites and ERP systems
• ERP reporting experience highly desired
