Application Review Specialist
The application review specialist performs a variety of duties involving review, analysis, assessment, and processing of graduate admissions applications in accordance with University guidelines, policies, and procedures. This position reports to the Dean of the Graduate School.
Key Job Responsibilities- Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications according to established policies and procedures.
- Manage the full admissions record process by entering decisions, finalizing applicant files, communicating application status updates to prospective students, and maintaining accurate, complete, and timely student records related to applications and admissions.
- Collect application materials and transmit completed application files to graduate program coordinators for review and decision.
- Conduct comprehensive application review and selection for assigned programs.

CompensationStarting at $20 per hour commensurate with experience
Required Qualifications- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Some familiarity with higher education admissions ideal, but not required.
- High School Diploma
