MIDDLE SCHOOL OFFICE CLERKRESPONSIBIILITIES
- Perform the clerical functions of the school office; including but not limited to answering phones.
- Prepare outgoing mail including bulk mail, and distribute incoming mail.
- Enter student activities into Infinite Campus.
- Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, schedules and bulletins to parents and staff.
- Assist in schedules and organizes complex events including but not limited to Parent/Teacher Conferences, Honor Roll, Awards Night, Student Schedule pick-up, and 8th grade Transition.
- Assist in entering Discipline into Inifinite Campus.
- Assist with end of year office responsibilities
- Any other duties deemed necessary by the administrative staff.
Pleasant; busy office setting, however may experience frequent interruptions to attend to student, staff and visitor needs. May occasionally have to work with irate parents, guardians, and/or students. May have to attend to students who have been referred to the office.
