Print Production Operator

The Print Production Operator plays a critical role in executing on-site customer solutions, including mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities include:

• Operating office and production equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensuring optimal performance.
• Performing mail handling duties including sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
• Supporting document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating).
• Maintaining accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
• Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalating issues.
• Monitoring supply inventory and performing replenishment as needed.
• Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a key daily contact for client interactions.
• Using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.

Skills and qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve operational issues.
• Comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods).

Education and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service or operations support preferred.
• Training on Xerox systems and equipment will be provided.
