Location: Madison, WI
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:0 AM-5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities- Process and submit customer invoices accurately.
- Follow up on past-due accounts and assist with collections.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Open and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the office.
- Deliver excellent customer service while assisting customers and team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using a 10-key calculator.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment.
