Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a warehouse driver team over four shifts, ensuring production targets are met through effective planning, scheduling, and supervision.
• Develop and enforce safety, cleanliness, and equipment operation standards, providing training and coaching to maintain compliance.
• Process production planning, assign personnel, adjust schedules, resolve issues, and produce shift production summaries.
• Coordinate with transportation teams on inbound/outbound shipments and manage relationships with internal and external customers.
• Conduct performance reviews, facilitate employee training, and resolve personnel issues in partnership with Human Resources.
• Compile, analyze, and report production performance data; investigate variances and recommend improvements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, 5S practices, and RF device management.
• Support management with daily indicators, inventory accuracy, loads shipped, and quality assurance per Clarios quality systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Forklift experience and Forklift Trainer certification.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel; experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
