The Aftermarket Product Analyst will have responsibility for developing, leading and coordinating small- to medium-sized Aftermarket product initiatives and cross-functional projects that support the execution and growth of the Aftermarket product portfolio strategy. This role assists project planning, execution, communication, and performance management across engineering, product development, supply chain, sales teams while managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk throughout the Aftermarket product lifecycle.

By leveraging product requirements, customer feedback, and business performance data, the Aftermarket Product Analyst identifies opportunities to expand product offerings, improve existing products, and support market strategies for defined product categories and part classes. Serving as a liaison across the organization, this role drives collaboration, prioritizes initiatives, supports successful product launches, and ensures alignment between product strategies and overall Aftermarket business objectives to enhance customer value, revenue growth, and profitability.

Your Impact

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:

  • Identify the product lifecycle approach for products. Ensure the go-to-market strategies are developed and maintained for all part groups.
  • Participate in the new product development process, providing leadership for the Aftermarket team for the development of new parts, aligning the service bill of materials with the product commodity strategies.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and develop strategies to expand the product portfolio offering for the Aftermarket.
  • Coordinate with the Aftermarket teams (e.g. sales, marketing, communications, pricing, training, customer support, etc.) to apply an overall marketing strategy for the product offered to the market.
  • Work with the new equipment teams to ensure an aligned market approach for product with the product lifecycle approach.
  • Ensure that the product marketing team and the Marketing and Communication Team are aligned with the go-to-market strategy and the communications support needed for the product portfolio.
  • Monitor product and project performance, identify gaps or risks, and implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing project scope, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet operational and financial targets.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategies, aftermarket objectives, and organizational goals while supporting revenue growth and profitability initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, supply chain, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and operations teams to align project deliverables with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners to drive collaboration and project success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process efficiencies, standardization opportunities, and best practices within the aftermarket product development process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) or more years of relevant experience in marketing, business, engineering, or product marketing (equivalent to eight (8) years total in education and experience); or an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the role.

Standout Qualifications

  • Project management experience.

  • Business to Business (B2B) marketing experience
  • Master's degree in business administration.

Pay Range:

$73,200.00 - $

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
