The opportunityAs a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, and handling all administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to prepare the space and ensure nothing is missed by the cleaners.
Throughout the morning you assist customers: change Wi‑Fi codes, locate packages, give directions to meeting rooms, set up projectors, and ensure proper invoicing.
After a quick coffee break you sort through the mail and respond to pending requests via email.
A lunch break follows, then you help new customers with printing and invoice support. When a team room reports a temperature issue, you file a ticket in our service portal.
Later, you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, write e‑invitations, and produce promotional posters.
When a prospect visits, you share details about the community’s benefits and encourage them to join. You finish the day by closing meetings, helping colleagues find nearby restaurants, and ensuring a tidy environment.
