We're looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented Development Coordinator to support our Real Estate Development team and play an important role in bringing new hospitality projects to life.

In this position, you'll work alongside the Chief Development Officer and support projects from land acquisition through development, design, and construction. How You'll Make an Impact

As the Development Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in supporting all aspects of the real estate development process, helping bring new hospitality projects to life from land acquisition through development, design, and construction. In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a key liaison between NCG's commercial properties by assisting with hotel operations, asset management, tenant relations, and property management systems.
  • Communicate and follow up with consultants including architects, contractors, attorneys, municipal staff, engineers, and other parties associated with the development, design, and construction process.
  • Coordinate land purchase and lease due diligence activities and support closing processes by working with title companies, attorneys, sellers, and the NCG accounting team.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, meeting minutes, reports, executive summaries, and other development‑related communications.
  • Coordinate and distribute development reports, pipeline updates, budget approval tracking, and project summaries.
  • Facilitate franchise application processes, including preparation, submission, follow‑up, and franchise license execution.
  • Assist in compiling and preparing state and local liquor license applications for new hotel developments.
  • Conduct research and follow up on assigned projects.
  • Assist the Design & Construction team with the opening of new hotel properties.
  • Provide administrative assistance in preparing correspondence, documents, and reports from written drafts.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and complete expense reports.
  • Arrange and coordinate business travel.
  • Assist the Design & Construction team with special projects and administrative tasks as approved by the Chief Development Officer.
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, development, real‑estate transactions, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Adobe Professional.
  • Excellent proofreading, grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency while managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of team members, vendors, consultants, and business professionals.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and initiative.
  • Strong project coordination and follow‑up skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team‑oriented, cooperative, trustworthy, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
