Forest Construction is seeking dependable, hard-working Construction Crew Members to join our team. This full-time, hands-on role is perfect for individuals who are motivated, punctual, and eager to grow in the construction trade. You'll work alongside experienced crews on wood and steel frame structures with metal exterior finishes, supporting residential, commercial, and agricultural projects across Wisconsin. • Assist with wood and steel framing for residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings
• Install metal siding and structural components with precision and care
• Follow instructions from foremen and site leads to support daily job operations
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow crew members and supervisors
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment on-site
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Operate or assist with use of construction equipment (training available)
• Adapt to outdoor work in all seasons and varying weather conditions
• Uphold company safety protocols and craftsmanship standards

• Prior construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Dependable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
• Valid driver's license required
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to learn new tools and construction methods
• Basic knowledge of framing or siding a plus
