Forest Construction is looking for motivated, dependable Construction Laborers to join our growing team. This full-time, field-based role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, follows direction well, and wants to learn and grow in the construction industry. From framing structures to installing metal sheeting, you’ll support residential, commercial, and agricultural projects across Wisconsin. Responsibilities- Assist in framing wood and steel structures for residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings
- Install metal sheeting exteriors and structural components
- Follow direction from site leaders and foremen to support efficient job site operations
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
- Operate or assist with equipment use (training available for lifts and machinery)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
- Load, unload, and move materials as needed
- Work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Take pride in craftsmanship and job site integrity
- Prior construction experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and building techniques

On‑site at various project locations throughout Wisconsin.
Must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
