Forest Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Foreman to lead field operations on residential and commercial and agricultural projects. This full‑time, hands‑on role is perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, communicates clearly, and leads by example. You’ll oversee job site activities, coordinate with crew members and clients, and ensure every project reflects our high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities- Lead and motivate construction crews on‑site with respect and professionalism
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure project efficiency and safety
- Interpret blueprints and job plans to stay ahead of schedule
- Communicate with customers and vendors on‑site
- Operate equipment including scissors lifts, telehandlers, and boom lifts (training available)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free job site
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards
- Manage project flow to prevent downtime and delays
- Adapt to variable weather conditions and maintain performance standards
- 10+ years of construction experience, with wood and metal framing expertise
- Strong knowledge of exterior metal panels and structural detailing
- Ability to lead a crew while working alongside them
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans
- Strong work ethic, situational awareness, and commitment to safety
- Experience operating construction equipment preferred (will train if needed)

LocationOn‑site at various project locations throughout Wisconsin. Must be comfortable working in changing weather conditions.
