Videographer – 4imprint, Oshkosh, WI.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports to: Marketing Director – Digital
Pay: $45,000 salary + based on experience
Work‑from‑home: Eligible after in‑person training and onsite work; can work remotely 1–2 days per week in WI (start 3–6 months after training). Return to onsite may be required as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Research, design and develop a diverse range of product videos to enhance brand visibility.
- Attend and participate in creative and planning meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing department management to create concepts, scripts and storyboards.
- Schedule and direct internal team members to produce high‑quality video and audio content.
- Source materials including stock imagery, photos, video clips and audio sources.
- Assist with advertisements, promotional videos, podcasts, radio ads, company‑wide updates and training materials for internal and online use.
- Participate in training classes and actively pursue professional development.
- Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates relevant to the role.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Skilled in all aspects of video production: script writing, lighting, audio/video production, and editing.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to meet quality expectations and schedules.
- Proficient with production technology needed for web‑delivered videos of exceptional quality.
- Friendly, tactful, and professional in communications (in person, phone, email).
- Multi‑tasker, able to adapt to various situations.
