Our client is an organization in the Fox Valley area looking for a Account Manager. This client is looking for someone with previous related experience, strong attention to detail and great interpersonal skills!
The Account Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients.
- Receive, prioritize and respond timely to customer inquiries.
- Manage customer inventory.
- Schedule shipping and receiving appointments.
- Facilitate, analyze and resolve customer issues.
- Enter data and file management.
- Provide backup support for team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Account Manager will possess the following:
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
