Description We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers while efficiently processing applications and maintaining accurate records. - Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.

- Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience in handling order entry tasks accurately.

- Familiarity with non-profit environments is a plus.

- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting.
