Join a leading financial services organization supporting customers through a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and a passion for technology, troubleshooting, and learning new systems. No financial services experience is required.
Schedule- 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a weekday flex day
Join a growing customer service team and help customers in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Candidates from retail, hospitality, healthcare, food service, and other customer-facing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries and account-related questions
- Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions
- Resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Call center experience is a plus
