Monday, Tuesday, Friday from 4:30-9am.

Member Service staff create a welcoming environment, support our members through their use of the Y, and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.

• Validate memberships and enroll new members.
• Facilitate program registration and provide support to both members and staff.
• Assist members in navigating all Y programs and services.
• Offer information and answer questions to support member experience.
• Create a welcoming and supportive environment for all Y members.

• Must be able to move freely throughout the building.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, computer, and communications skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and teach required skills.
• CPR/AED certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.
