You will be the first friendly face patients encounter at check‑in and guide them through the registration process during a 10:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shift with every other Saturday and rotating holidays.
The role requires strong customer service and the ability to handle diverse insurance plans, with training provided for system navigation and patient support.
