University of Wisconsin Oshkosh is seeking a Customer Success Representative to serve as the first point of contact for Parking Services. You will manage email, phone calls, and in-person interactions, and provide timely support to campus constituents.
This part-time role runs Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering the opportunity to contribute to a busy university operation while developing knowledge of university parking processes and customer service best practices.
