We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Service Writer to be the welcoming face of our front office and the connection between our customers and technicians.
Strong automotive knowledge is a big priority
—you should be comfortable discussing vehicle issues, common repairs, and maintenance needs.
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle concerns
- Schedule appointments and manage work orders
- Explain estimates, repair recommendations, and timelines
- Keep customers informed and the front desk organized
- Starting at $20/hour
, with higher pay based on skills and qualifications - Full-time, Monday–Friday with scheduling flexibility
- Overtime available | Shop hours: 2–10 PM
Bring your automotive knowledge, people skills, and attention to detail. Previous service writer or service desk experience is a plus!
