Sales Assistant

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

$18.00 - $20.00/HR

• Expedite customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Enter and maintain data for quotes, customer orders, internal stock builds, and RFQ uploads into customer portals
• Assist with customer quality concerns by coordinating information and supporting resolution efforts
• Review customer planning and forecasting schedules, including floor inventory updates
• Run, analyze, and customize account reports as needed
• Support documentation requests from customers and internal teams
• Perform general administrative duties to support the sales and operations teams
• Assist the OEM Account Manager in maintaining and growing customer accounts

• Experience in a customer service, administrative, or date entry role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with OEM or customer portals is helpful but not required
• AS400 experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  
  Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
