Anticipated Salary Range: $70,590 – $90,416 per year
Role OverviewWe’re looking for a technically curious, people‑centered problem solver to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support cutting‑edge projects like our upcoming Alaska build, leveraging VDC and BIM tools to coordinate models, review and develop shop drawings, and bring designs from concept to reality. You’ll do hands‑on production work, collaborate with diverse project partners, and help shape how we continuously improve our processes.
Responsibilities- Coordinate models and support project delivery using VDC and BIM tools.
- Review and develop shop drawings to ensure design clarity and constructability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (designers, trade partners, production teams, and field personnel).
- Identify gaps in design information and proactively drive solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
- Assist in transitioning designs from concept to production and installation.
- Four‑year degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years experience in the AECO industry with hands‑on project delivery exposure.
- Working knowledge of design and construction processes and how information moves from design through fabrication and installation.
- Strong experience using BIM and modeling tools, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated 3D modeling capabilities to support coordination, detailing, and visualization workflows.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with clear communication, collaboration, and follow‑through.
- Experience with DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) workflows.
- Experience across multiple environments (design, construction, manufacturing, or modular settings).
- Comfort learning and applying new tools, workflows, and technologies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Curiosity about continuous improvement and digital tool enhancement.
