Position: Special Education Teacher (Up to $36/hr)

The role offers a 36-week opportunity in or near Oshkosh, WI, with competitive compensation and benefits, and a chance to make a meaningful impact. The position is for a Special Education Teacher who will develop and implement individualized education plans for students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with general education teachers and other staff to create inclusive learning environments.

  • Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the needs of students with cross categorical disabilities.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.

  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members to support student success.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Special Education, or an equivalent degree.

  • Valid State Educator Certification in Special Education or equivalent certification.

  • 0+ years experience in Cross Categorical Special Education; strong classroom management and IEP development skills.

  • Ability to work with diverse student populations, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and pass required background checks.

  • Must be comfortable working during school hours with a schedule aligned to the school calendar.
