Senior Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer provides electrical engineering expertise to drive product designs across all phases of the product life cycle. This role serves as a core contributor to product design, verification, validation, productization, and documentation. (Relocation offered and sign on bonus)

• Develop products including RF architecture, PCBAs, interconnects, risk assessments, and development documentation in compliance with Quality Management System requirements
• Build and test prototypes, perform circuit layout, and conduct lab testing using tools such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes
• Establish, maintain, and communicate development timelines to support project schedules
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet manufacturability, serviceability, and customer requirements
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives for both new product development and existing products
• Work with suppliers to understand capabilities, processes, and troubleshoot technical issues
• Prepare and deliver test reports, verification data, and technical documentation
• Participate in hands‑on lab work and occasional customer travel
• Mentor and support junior engineers as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience developing new product designs in a regulated or highly technical industry
