Job Title: Rotating Engineer – Onshore Reliability
Experience: Minimum 12 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery (Onshore)

- Ensure reliable operation and optimal performance of rotating equipment including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating machinery.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze reliability data to minimize downtime and operational risks.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment failures.
- Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for rotating equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures, and company maintenance policies.
- Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance planning for rotating equipment.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in rotating equipment reliability or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability engineering principles.
- Experience with gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors in onshore oil & gas or refinery environments.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety procedures, and maintenance regulations.
