About the Job Senior Reliability EngineerLocation: Oshkosh, WI (Onsite) Salary: $75,000–$100,000
OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer with at least 3 years of direct Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) experience.
This role is focused on analyzing truck failure data, identifying trends, and driving improvements to vehicle reliability and maintenance performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strong with math and data, and comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
Top Qualifications- 3+ years of direct R&M / Reliability Engineering experience
- Strong data analytics, math, and failure trend analysis skills
- Experience using data to drive vehicle or equipment reliability improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
- Strong communication skills; this is a customer-facing role
- Manufacturing background
- Automotive, truck, or heavy equipment experience
Salary Range: $75-$100K a year Benefits Included:
Healthcare plans, PTO package, 5% annual bonus target
