- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and waste reduction.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Partner with production, maintenance, quality, R&D, and project engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance.
- Support new product trials and process validation activities.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Evaluate and implement equipment and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Train production personnel on new equipment, process changes, and operating procedures.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors on new technologies and manufacturing improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Approximately 2-6 years of manufacturing engineering experience
. - Experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working directly on the manufacturing floor in a hands-on environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is a significant plus.
- Experience leading measurable cost reduction, waste reduction, or productivity improvement projects is highly preferred.
