As a full‑time Project Engineer, your day‑to‑day responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define project scope and objectives, assisting in developing project plans and timelines, ensuring all activities align with quality standards and specifications, monitoring progress and performance, and identifying and addressing issues. You’ll conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments, prepare detailed documentation and reports, engage in continuous improvement initiatives, analyze current processes and suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency, attend onsite meetings, and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

To excel as a Project Engineer at EVCO Plastics, candidates should possess:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in engineering principles
• Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry (advantageous)
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, detail‑oriented, and organizational skills
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in plastics (a plus)
